For those looking to get the knowledge and critique of a strength and conditioning coach firsthand. Each session entails a fully customized and progressive approach to get you to reach your goals with the help of a coach to be there with you every step of the way. No more guessing if you're doing an exercise right, and no more relying on just music to keep you motivated. In person training guarantees a safe and effective environment to train and improve in. After you request an initial consultation, your trainer will contact you via email or phone, in your consultation session we will go over body composition and movement assessments as well as plan out your first phase of training! This first session is free of charge, every session thereafter will be $50/session for 1-on-1 in person training.

Come drop in to one of our group circuit training workouts! These are great for someone who doesn't want a custom training program but still wants to get a good workout in! Each class is an hour in duration and are first come first serve so make sure you book a spot in a class before it's filled up! You can either pay $20/session or subscribe monthly for $100 which will give you unlimited access to group circuit training classes for every month you subscribe!

Train with your teammates/friends/family with our semi-personal training program! Get all the same benefits of personal training but with the added benefit of having a training partner(s) to keep each other honest in your workouts! Save some money as well by splitting the cost, price per person is $25/session, maximum 4 people per session.
