8 Week Strength/Power Training Phase for MX

About

In this program you will recieve 3 full-body workouts a week for 8 weeks including a warm up and cool down for each workout. This program will be delivered to you via a free app where you can see and track your workouts/progress. Every exercise will have video demonstrations, so you'll know exactly what to do and how to do it. The equipment necessary for this program can be found in most commercial gym settings or CrossFit style gyms. If you're looking to take your off the bike training to the next level and be more athletic than this program is for you!
